“Great journal for new mums"
Lovely journal for new mums to help in the early weeks of parenting. This is particularly useful for first time mums to remember self care and nurturing ourselves. It also helps to keep organised and keep track of appointments and important dates. I liked the sudokus and word searches too for a nice break and a brain exercise at the same time.
